THREE YEAR NO REPEAT RULE: Department of Financial Services (DFS) rules prohibit receiving CE credit for the exact same course taken a second time within thirty-six months of the first attendance.
PRIVATE CLASSES: FISCE Has Private classes. Please call for more information.
ONLINE CLASSES: FISCE now has online classes for you to take at your own convenience at www.fisce.com.
CLASS CREDITS: FISCE will only hold credits on account for two years. This means that all credits must be used by the end of the agent’s next compliance date.
CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION: If you did not receive your Certificate of Completion after your class. You may log on to our web site at www.fisce.com and look at your profile to print out your Certificate of Completion. This will usually take about 1 week.

REGISTRATION: You have 3 choices (NO OVER THE PHONE REGISTRATIONS!)
  1. Online www.fisce.com - Enter your DFS# and your password and proceed to Online Registration. Don’t have a password? If you are a former student, a password will be sent to your email address on file when you enter your DFS#. Never been to FISCE, proceed to registration and you will receive a password once you register with FISCE. Online Registration (Four Easy Clicks). Click on classes, select location, select license type, select classes and check out. You will be able to update your profile, print certificates, confirmations and receipts anytime you log on with FISCE. Fast and Easy!
  2. Fax - Completed registration form should be faxed to (850) 224-6040.
  3. Mail - Completed registration form should be mailed to 1327 N. Adams Street, Tallahassee, FL 32303. Payment can be made at the time of registration or you can pay the day of the class.

Please register in advance to guarantee a seat. Pre registered and pre paid students are given priority over walk-in and non-paid students when seating is limited. In order to receive your Certificate of Completion at the class, you must pre register 2 weeks prior to the class. Otherwise, your Certificate of Completion will be mailed to you with in 2 weeks after the class has been taken.

MANDATORY CE COURSES:
ETHICS REQUIREMENT: All Agents with a Florida License must take a minimum 3 hour Ethics course. All Florida Adjusters must take a minimum 2 hours of Adjuster Ethics course.

HURRICANE MITIGATION The Florida Department of Financial Services now requires all Property and Casualty agents complete a 1 hour course on “Hurricane Mitigation” every compliance period. This is part of our FL&MIT course.

FLOOD INSURANCE: All agents that write Flood Insurance are required to take an approved 3 hour CE course on “Flood Insurance” with certain minimum course requirements. This is part of our FL&MIT course.
