Oh For Cryin’ Out Loud

Florida Insurance Education

“To clarify: you want the COI to state ‘all insurance coverage ever needed for anything ever’, correct?”

-(Hopefully) no one

Oh for cryin’ out loud. Another day, another request for a certificate of insurance that you find questionable. “Make it say what I need it to say or I don’t get paid” they tell you. “Every other agent is doing it” they tell you. The concept of COIs is simple…so why do so many insurance pros lose sleep over them? Join instructor Cathy “On a Mission” Trischan this Tuesday afternoon for Certificates Of Insurance And The Coverage Issues That Go With Them, gain confidence in dealing with difficult requests and become a COI processing machine.

THE “F5” (FASCINATING FACTOID FOR FANATICAL FLORIDIANS) –

If you’ve been griping to your neighbors lately about difficulty finding tee times, sparse availability for restaurant reservations, fewer spots on the pickleball courts and no seats at the theater hang in there: your situation should improve in a few weeks.

Historically, we’re at the time of year when snowbirds pack up their SUVs and pile onto the northbound lanes of I-75/95. Upon their departure it’s estimated that Florida’s population is reduced by a whopping FIVE percent!
